Valerie Holland possesses extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant for Tastefully Simple since September 2011, Valerie provides meal-time solutions. Concurrently, Valerie has held several positions at the YMCA of Greater Dayton since August 2015, including Billing Specialist and Site Administrator, focusing on child care programs. Previous roles include Classroom Assistant at West Carrollton School District (2012-2016) and Accounting Analyst at Rhea + Kaiser Marketing Communications (1999-2010). Valerie’s early career features significant work as Senior Director of Federal Leg and Reg for the Illinois Bankers Association, managing lobbying efforts. Valerie holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management and an MS in Management from the University of Illinois Springfield.
