Della Cowall is an accomplished artistic and executive director with extensive experience in nonprofit performing arts administration, currently serving as the Artistic/Executive Director of Née Danse/Theatre since August 1994. Key responsibilities include grant writing, budget management, and program development. Della has also held positions as an Executive Artistic Director focusing on board development and artistic production. Additionally, Della has served as a yoga instructor at Crozer-Keystone Health System and the Community YMCA of Eastern Delaware County, providing specialized classes. Academic contributions include roles as an adjunct assistant professor at Temple University and assistant professor at Lander University, where Della taught various dance and movement courses. With an MFA in Dance Choreography from Connecticut College and a BFA in Dance Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Della is also completing a Certificate in Arts Administration.
