Meca Delgado has extensive experience in leadership and community service, currently serving as a Board Member and co-chair of the Diversity, Inclusion and Global Committee at the YMCA of Boulder Valley since January 2016. Meca is also the Program Manager for the Boulder County Health Youth Alliance, working to connect underserved communities with essential resources and training. Meca's background includes a longstanding role as a Sales Assistant at the Front Range Community College Bookstore since March 2001, and a previous tenure as Board Chair at the Ed and Ruth Lehman YMCA. Early career experience includes serving as a Team Leader for the Boulder County Youth Corp. Meca holds a Master's in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management and a Bachelor's in Communications from the University of Colorado Denver, along with an Associate's degree from Front Range Community College.
