Austin Losada is an experienced art professional currently serving as the Art Bridges Curatorial, Collections & Exhibitions Fellow at the American Folk Art Museum since June 2023. Prior to this role, Austin held the position of Lois F. McNeil Fellow at Winterthur Museum, Garden and Library from August 2021 to May 2023, and worked as an Andrew W. Mellon Post-Graduate Intern at Zimmerli Art Museum at Rutgers University from January 2019 to May 2021. Additional experience includes working as a part-time archivist for the John Chamberlain Estate, interning in the Photography Department at Princeton University Art Museum, and gaining insights into European Decorative Arts at Christie's. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in the Winterthur Program in American Material Culture from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor's degree in Art History and German from Rutgers University, complemented by a language certificate from Freie Universität Berlin.
