Kelly Canham has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Kelly began their career at East Surrey College in 2004, where they worked as an HR Systems Administrator and later as an HR Officer. Their responsibilities included managing HR MIS systems and performing general HR administration tasks.
In 2008, they joined Young Epilepsy as an HR Advisor, providing support in various HR areas. Over the years, they progressed within the organization, becoming an HR Business Partner in 2011 and a Senior HR Business Partner in 2015. In their roles, Kelly partnered with client managers and worked closely with the HR Director, contributing to workforce strategies and overseeing HR functions.
In April 2019, Kelly was promoted to Head of People and Culture at Young Epilepsy. As part of the senior management team, they led a team of HR professionals and was responsible for creating and delivering people and workforce strategies. Their role included managing HRBPs, People Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Systems, and Payroll.
Through their diverse experience in different organizations, Kelly has developed a deep understanding of HR operations and has the ability to provide comprehensive support in all areas of HR.
Kelly Canham is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from ICS Learn. Kelly is enrolled in the CIPD Level 7 ODD program, with an expected completion date in 2022. No previous education history is provided.
