Derek McMonagle currently serves as Chapter Acceleration Manager and previously held the position of New Chapter Development Associate at Young Catholic Professionals since July 2023. Derek is the Founder and Managing Partner of The STR Manager, a role held since November 2020, and also established The DMac Method: Elite Discipline Coaching in June 2020, where responsibilities include accountability coaching. Derek is a Business School Advisory Board Member at Waynesburg University, a position held since August 2018, and has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Wheeling University from January to June 2022. Prior roles include Sales and Growth Associate at Makomi, Account Executive at Plus Consulting, Sales Consultant for the Phoenix Suns, and Marketing Brand Ambassador for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Derek earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Waynesburg University in 2018, following graduation from Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School in 2014.
