Jessica O'Hare (Folster) serves as the VP of Product at YouLend, leading the global Product team since February 2022. Previously held positions include Chief Product Officer and Product Director at Esme from May 2018 to February 2022, and various roles at NatWest Group from August 2011 to May 2018, including Innovation Lead - AI and Product Lead - Credit Cards. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Consultant in Financial Services Advisory at Ernst & Young and several product management positions at ANZ from January 2006 to April 2010. Jessica holds a BCOM degree in Finance and Economics from The University of Auckland, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2005, and attended the University of Otago during 2003-2004.
