Crystal Batten is an experienced credit and financial professional currently serving as a Credit Manager at YouLend since October 2022, where US credit insights are provided to UK leadership and collaboration with risk teams is undertaken to establish credit policy. Previously, Crystal held the position of Senior Underwriter at GreenSky® from November 2014 to July 2022, analyzing credit data and financial statements to assess credit risk. Earlier work experience includes roles as a Relationship Manager II in Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase, a Senior Foreclosure Analyst Manager at Litton- Goldman Sachs, and a Commercial Collections Manager at General Electric. Crystal is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University, expected to be completed in December 2023.
