Elysia Darcie has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Elysia is the Founder of both Netomnia and YouFibre, starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at 4ty2 Ltd, starting in June 2019. In this role, they provided HR handover and administrative support, as well as researched and developed HR projects.

From July 2018 to June 2019, Elysia served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Community Fibre Limited. In this position, they were responsible for scheduling the CEO's diary, preparing internal and external documents, and providing administrative support to the CFO for the HR function.

Before that, from June 2016 to June 2018, Elysia worked at Simon Hegele Logistics and Service Ltd as an Operations Support Assistant. Elysia'sresponsibilities included designing and delivering recruitment campaigns, supporting HR projects, and implementing process improvements.

Elysia Darcie obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Archaeology and Anthropology from UCL, which they pursued from 2015 to 2018. In 2019, they enrolled in CIPD Qualifications and completed a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management. Additionally, during the same period, they also pursued a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management from ILM.
