Marco Cavallini is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in innovation and organizational development. As the Founder and CEO of YouCo since April 2009, Marco has driven significant changes within the company. In addition to roles at YouCo, Marco serves as a Partner, Member of the Board, and VP at CeleriTech and Celeritech Italia, focusing on business innovation. Previous positions include Amministratore Unico at GLAMM Multimedia SRL, President & CEO of TCDATA SRL, and various leadership roles at Italtel and ONE-ANS S.p.A. Marco's educational background includes studies in Scienze dell'informazione from Università degli Studi di Milano, complemented by earlier education at Liceo Scientifico P. Giovio Como and Markham College in Peru.
