Leonardo Manente is an experienced professional in project management and delivery, currently serving as a Delivery Manager and Special Projects lead at YouCo since March 2016. Reporting directly to the CIO/Technical Director, Leonardo drives growth and operational efficiency across multiple business units, actively ensuring project quality and serving as a liaison with sales structures. Previous roles include Project Manager for an ITSM transformation project in the automotive sector and Customer Technical Leader managing YouCo’s OSS Team for Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to YouCo, Leonardo held various project leadership and consulting positions at Fastweb, Sesa Spa, and Italtel, specializing in business analysis, software development, and telecommunications solutions. Additionally, Leonardo's career includes a significant role at ONE-ANS, contributing to Microsoft's Voice Partner Program and achieving multiple certifications.
