Dayna Serxner is a marketing specialist at YouAppi. Prior to their current position, they served as a marketing coordinator at Saap Life and as an enterprise business development manager at Fama: AI Solutions for Human Capital Management.

Dayna is responsible for all influencer vetting and management at YouAppi. Dayna also curated a monthly content calendar in order to gain brand awareness and regularly monitors emerging marketing trends to submit reports to senior-level management in order to gain a competitive advantage.

At Saap Life, Dayna was responsible for birch tree water production. Dayna ensured that the water met all safety and quality standards before it was distributed to customers. Dayna also worked to increase brand awareness through various marketing initiatives.

At Fama, Dayna was responsible for developing new business opportunities for the company. Dayna worked with clients to understand their needs and determine how Fama’s AI-based software solution could help them identify problematic behavior among potential hires and current employees.

Dayna Serxner has a degree in marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business and a degree in international business from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Dayna has experience in marketing, business, and socially responsible enterprise.
