Jorge Bultron has had a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2020, they began working as a Grants Specialist for Hunt Guillot & Associates. In 2019, they were the Founder/Owner of BE Food PR, where they were responsible for creating products recipes, implementing innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales, evaluating the food and beverage market, conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts. Also in 2019, they were a Project Manager for You Prism. In 2018, they were a Grant Analyst in the Municipalities Sector for ICF through Puerto Rico Appraisals, LLC. From 2013-2012, they were an Electoral Matters Auditor I for the Electoral Comptroller Office of PR, where they conducted compliance audits to evaluate financing sources for political campaigns, political parties, candidates and municipal committees. From 2012-2010, they were a Billing and Claims Official for the University of Puerto Rico and a Scuba Instructor and Salesman for aqua adventure PR.

Jorge Bultron received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from UPR Rio Piedras between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Management and Finance from the University of Puerto Rico-Carolina between 2000 and 2004. In addition, they have two certifications: Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn obtained in January 2020, and Programming Foundations: Design Patterns from LinkedIn obtained in October 2019.
