Caitlin Parnell is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer support and retail management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at YNAB since May 2021, Caitlin previously held several key positions at Indigo from August 2012 to May 2021, including General Manager and Customer Experience Manager for IndigoKids and American Girl, where responsibilities included driving sales and leading a team of 25. Earlier roles include Store Manager at The Children's Place, Assistant Store Manager at American Eagle Outfitters, and various positions at Joses Southwest Grille. Caitlin's career began in education as an Assistant Choir Director at Springdale Public Schools. Caitlin holds a Master’s degree in Music Performance from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Education in Music Teacher Education from Missouri State University.
