Crystal Dundas has worked in the corporate world since 2003. Crystal began their career at West Philadelphia Partnership as a Program Manager for Work Ready Philadelphia. In 2006, they moved to UBS as a Grants Manager, where they managed several large merger related projects and rolled out new strategic giving programs. In 2008, they joined Wells Fargo as a Vice President in Corporate Communications and a Vice President in Programs and Communications Officer. In their role, they oversaw all internal and external Foundation communications, media relations, and events planning. Crystal also promoted the work of the Foundation through public speaking. In 2021, they joined You Go Natural as Chief Brand Strategist and Head of Customer Success.

Crystal Dundas graduated from The Wharton School in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics Concentrating in Management. Crystal then completed a Certificate of Completion from the National Development Council in 2012 in Real Estate Development and Small Business Development. Additionally, in 2012, they completed a Certificate of Completion from the University of California, Los Angeles in the Black and African American Leaders Program.
