Maria Dubinsky is an experienced professional with a diverse background in support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Support Tech Leader at Yotpo since September 2018, Maria advanced from Tier 1 support and has led initiatives in tool implementation, training, and feature releases. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Service Team Leader at AvaTrade, where responsibilities encompassed managing a multilingual team, overseeing quality assurance, and launching new software to enhance customer service. Maria's earlier roles include providing psychological support as a Neuropsychologist at English Nursery and Primary School and serving as a Business Support Assistant at Brainpower - BPI Group, where tasks involved database management, translations, and training. Maria holds a psychology degree from МГППУ and completed an internship at Ariel University.
