Karis Reiter is an accomplished professional with a robust background in client success and management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Implementation Team at Yotpo since April 2021, Karis has also held roles as Mid Market Client Strategy Manager for SMS & Email and Client Success Manager for SMS Bump. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Trustpilot from May 2019 to April 2021, as well as various positions at Go Ahead Tours, including Regional Tour Consultant. Karis began a career with notable internships, including a position with the US Congress and an internship with PorchLight Real Estate Group. Educationally, Karis holds a Bachelor's Degree with a dual major in History and French Language and Culture from Penn State University, complemented by studies in France at IAU Institute for American Universities and Université de Franche-Comté.
