Josua Angeles has accumulated significant experience in technical support roles, currently serving as a Tier 2 Technical Support Engineer at Yotpo since February 2019, following positions as an Enterprise, SMB, and Growth Technical Support Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Josua worked as a Customer Service Representative at Global Empire Corporation from July 2018 to February 2019. Josua holds a degree from the University of Cebu, completed in 2018.
