Anat Mozer Har Sheleg is a seasoned professional with significant experience in customer success and service management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Yotpo since July 2021, Anat focuses on building trust and advising EMEA and ROW clients to achieve their growth goals. Prior experience at IBM Security (Trusteer) includes roles as a Customer Journey Expert, where Anat enhanced sales processes, and as a Team Leader for Onboarding & Service Management, where a new onboarding team was established. Earlier positions include Onboarding Manager and Administrative roles at Trusteer and ABB. Anat holds a Master’s Degree in Statistics from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Emek Yezreel College.
