Joanne Clarke is an experienced Housing Services Manager at York Housing Association since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing a team of Housing officers, performance monitoring, and fostering community work while ensuring high-quality housing services. Concurrently, Joanne has been an Access to Homes Implementer at Yorkshire Housing since October 2014, developing an online lettings portal and winning the Customer of the Year award in 2015. Additional roles at Yorkshire Housing include serving as Business Lead for the Office 365 email project and implementing an ASB management system. Prior experience includes a housing management position from May 2005 to May 2010, overseeing a team of Neighbourhood Officers and managing performance and discipline. Joanne Clarke is a graduate of Norton College.
