Shirlene Hepler has extensive experience in customer service and marketing within the wallcoverings industry, serving York Wallcoverings since 1995. Starting as a Customer Service Manager, Shirlene advanced through various roles, including Pricing Analyst and Director of Sales Operations. From June 2003 to May 2017, Shirlene held the position of Director of Customer Service. Since May 2017, Shirlene has been the Marketing Sample Book Manager and, since March 2018, the Director of International Customer Care at York Wallcoverings.
