Rachael Wilde (Tyers) is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand development and digital marketing. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CMO at York St Brands since April 2023, Rachael also holds the position of Co-Founder and Head of Marketing at tbh Skincare, where innovative acne treatments using advanced biomedical technology are developed. Prior to these roles, Rachael was a Senior Campaign Lead at Device Technologies, overseeing multi-channel marketing strategies across 36 business units and executing numerous integrated campaigns. Rachael's earlier experiences include roles in corporate communications and brand ambassadorship, complemented by a Bachelor of Marketing and Media from Macquarie University and additional educational pursuits in makeup artistry and an exchange program at Oxford Brookes University.
