Rachel Johnson has extensive experience in the recruitment field, currently serving as the Manager of the Recruiter Training Program at York Solutions, LLC since May 2018. In this role, Rachel oversees the development of professional training initiatives for IT professionals while also managing a team of Technical Recruiters as a Recruiting Manager. Previous experience includes working as a Senior Recruiter, where Rachel handled the complete recruiting lifecycle, and as a Technical Recruiter at Experis, focusing on building a diverse candidate network for various IT roles. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
