Dano McKenzie is a versatile professional with experience in software development, technical training, and human resources. Currently serving as a B2E Associate Software Developer/BA Consultant at KGPCo since May 2023, Dano previously worked as a B2E Technical Training Consultant at York Solutions, LLC, where involvement in the Barriers to Entry apprenticeship program contributed to the development of associate software engineers. Dano's technical skills include front-end web development using Angular Material and a range of programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, React, and Node.js. Earlier roles included Human Resources Director at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where Dano focused on staffing, customer experience management, and leadership training, as well as freelance photography since 2016. Dano is pursuing a Computer Science degree with a focus on Software Development at the University of New Mexico, complemented by additional training in full-stack engineering.
