Paulo DaSilva, B.A.(M.O.M), CMM III, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Paulo began their career as a Bank Teller at BMO Financial Group in 1990 and worked there until 1993. Paulo then joined the Toronto Police Service as an Auxiliary police constable in April 1993 and later became a Court Officer in April 1994. In August 1995, they joined the Ontario Provincial Police as a Constable and served until July 1997.
