Mary Kay Bernosky serves as the Vice President of York County Community Foundation since December 2019. Previously, Mary Kay was the CEO of Safe Berks (formerly Berks Women in Crisis) from January 2005 to December 2019, where Mary Kay was responsible for leadership, strategic direction, program creation and management, staff retention and training, and budget development and management of the agency. Prior to that, Mary Kay served as the Assistant County Solicitor at Schuylkill County from July 1994 to December 2004, providing legal representation to the Board of Commissioners on various matters. Mary Kay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Alvernia University and a Juris Doctorate from William & Mary.
