Rick Satterlee has extensive experience in higher education administration, serving as Dean of Student Development and Campus Life at York College of Pennsylvania from July 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing student development and enhancing campus life. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Vice President for Student Life at Manhattan College from July 2010 to July 2021, managing a range of student affairs initiatives and reporting directly to the President as a Cabinet member. Rick's earlier career includes serving as Assistant Vice President of Student Development at Loyola University Maryland from February 1995 to July 2010. Educational background includes a Ph.D. in Education Policy and Administration from the University of Maryland, an M.Ed. in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Occidental College.
