Carolyn Baker has over 20 years of work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Carolyn is currently working as a Senior Account Manager at York & Chapel since 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Director of External Marketing at Rickys Group of Family-Style Restaurants from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they worked as an Account Director at The Stephenz Group for 17 years, where they were responsible for managing client accounts and implementing integrated marketing communication solutions. Carolyn also worked as an Account Supervisor at Wunderman for 6 years, specializing in direct response marketing.

From 1987 to 1991, Carolyn Baker attended Wilfrid Laurier University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus in Marketing.
