Eleanor Drew is an experienced professional in the field of archaeology and digital heritage, currently serving as the Collections and Archives Officer at York Archaeology since July 2021, following previous roles as Collections and Archives Assistant. Eleanor's background includes digital skills internships at the University of York, where responsibilities involved organizing and cataloguing archaeological datasets and writing metadata. With earlier experience as an Assistant at York Archaeological Trust, Eleanor contributed to the preparation and curation of exhibitions and managed artefacts for research. Eleanor also held prominent roles at The Post Hole, the UK's leading student-run archaeology journal, where editorial management was a key focus.
