Kirsten Jonker currently serves as an HR Business Partner (a.i.) at Peridot Food Group since August 2024 and has been with Yor-in as an Interim HR Specialist since March 2020. Previous roles include acting as an Adviseur Resources FEC at Rabobank, where responsibilities included advising managers and coordinating with stakeholders on resource and budgeting issues, and serving as an HR Officer for Nouryon, handling Hire2Retire processes. Kirsten also held the position of HR Support Specialist at Rabobank, focusing on CAO & Benefits. Early career experience includes roles at Le Ballon and Kruidvat in sales. Kirsten holds a Master’s degree in Organization Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Sport, Health & Management from Tilburg University and Hanze respectively.
