Florian Tavernier has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Florian started their most recent position as a Customer Success Manager at YOOBIC in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Lecturer in Management starting in January 2021. From July 2017 to December 2022, Florian served as a Global Retail Operations Project Manager at BALENCIAGA. Before that, they worked as a Bottega Veneta & Burberry Stores Manager at Lagardère Travel Retail / Duty Free Global from February 2016 to July 2017. Florian also gained experience at Hermès, where they served as a Chargé de coordination du showroom commercial from May 2015 to February 2016, and as an Assistant Chef de projet Identité Visuelle & Expérience Client from June 2014 to February 2015. Florian started their career as a Stagiaire in the Department of Press, Public Relations, and Communication at Christofle from July 2013 to January 2014. Florian also worked briefly as a Conseiller de Vente at Louis Vuitton in August and September 2012, and as a Stagiaire at Louis Vuitton from June to September 2011.

Florian Tavernier has an education history that includes various institutions and areas of study. In 2005, they attended Lycée du golfe de saint tropez for their Baccalauréat degree. After completing their secondary education, they went on to Lycée Masséna from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued Classe Préparatoire aux grandes écoles with a focus on CPGE Economique et Commerciale - option Scientifique. In 2010, Tavernier enrolled at NEOMA Business School, where they obtained their Master of Science in International Management from 2010 to 2014, with a major in Luxury Marketing. During their time at NEOMA, Tavernier also spent a year at the University of Nottingham in 2013, studying Luxury Marketing. In 2020, they attended HEC Paris for a short-term program called "Develop yourself as a leader" in the field of Leadership organisationnel.
