Damien Arondel

Frontend Developer / Design System Lead at YOOBIC

Damien Arondel has a diverse range of work experience in software development and engineering roles. Damien currently works at YOOBIC as a Frontend Developer and Design System Lead. Damien joined YOOBIC in July 2019 and is responsible for digitally optimizing communication, training, and process management for companies with a deskless workforce.

Prior to joining YOOBIC, Damien worked at Accenture as a Software Engineer. Damien worked on projects for Airbus Commercial Aircraft, Safran Helicopter Engines, and served as a Junior Software Team Lead. Damien was involved in developing new platforms, upgrading existing frameworks, and managing software development teams.

Before their time at Accenture, Damien had various roles at Thales, Aboard Engineering, IRIT, and QSA Conseil. These roles involved software development, research in human-computer interaction, and integration with simulation and engineering tools.

Damien Arondel obtained their Baccalauréat (French secondary school diploma/high-school degree) in Engineering Science from Lycée Jean-Baptiste De Baudre in 2009. Damien then pursued further education in Computer Science at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, where they obtained an Associate's Degree from 2009 to 2011. Continuing their education at the same institution, Damien earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from 2011 to 2012. Damien further pursued their education and completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, which took place from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their academic qualifications, Damien Arondel obtained the certification of Certified SAFe® 4 Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2018.
