Sanjay Bajaj has a long history of work experience in the tech industry. Sanjay began their career in 1985 as an Engineer at HCL Technologies. In 1986 they moved to Space Systems Loral - Rolm as a Design Engineer. In 1989 they became Manager, Design for Testability & System Simulation/Verification at NeXT Computer (now Apple). In 1994 they joined Synopsys, Inc. as Director of Applications Engineering. In 1998 they were VP of Business Development at i-Escrow and also Director of Applications Engineering at InterHDL Inc (now Synopsys). In 2000 they became Exec VP of Corporate Development at Vianeta Communications. In 2006 they were VP of Engineering at Spheris, Inc. and in 2012 they became President & CEO of Yonyx, a company that enables customers to create decision tree driven interactive guides.

Sanjay Bajaj obtained their B. Tech in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur between 1980 and 1985. Sanjay then went on to obtain their M.S in Electrical Engineering from Caltech in 1986.
