Helena Chen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and consulting. Currently serving as Financial Controller at yonyou Network Technology since October 2021, Helena is driving the advancement of financial intelligence and leading the establishment of a financial shared services team. As an Independent Consultant since December 2016, Helena specializes in enhancing internal business processes, designing management reports, and implementing IT system design consulting. Helena's previous roles include Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Senior Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at Pactera from January 2008 to November 2016, where responsibilities encompassed strategy planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations. Helena began their professional journey as an Auditor at Deloitte China from July 2001 to October 2007 and holds an EMBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, both from Renmin University of China.
