Hao Jiang is an experienced professional in user experience design, currently serving as the General Manager of the UX Department and User Experience Director at Yonyou Software Co., Ltd. since February 2014, where Hao focuses on enhancing the user experience of the UAP platform and planning enterprise internet products. Prior to this role, Hao held the position of Principal Consultant at Usability and Design Lab Beijing from January 2011 to February 2014, leading key projects and conducting research on user-centered design theories. Earlier in the career, Hao worked as a UX Architect at Digital China and undertook research as a PhD candidate at TU Kaiserslautern, specializing in the user-centered design processes in Chinese organizations. Education includes a Ph.D. from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau, a Master's degree in Computer Science from Dalian Maritime University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
