Fred Cardillo is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects for Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. Since April 2008, Fred has led multiple high-value projects, including the $104M Median Reconstruction and Resurfacing of I-95 and the $102M Newburgh Beacon Bridge North Span Deck Replacement. With a solid educational foundation in Civil Engineering from Manhattan University, Fred has also served in various roles, including Project Director and Manager in the estimating department, handling complex projects such as the $160M reconstruction of I-287 and managing sitework for the $240M Ridge Hill development. Fred's expertise encompasses multiple aspects of civil engineering, project management, and substantial budget oversight.
