Jeremy Tan has extensive work experience in the engineering and design field. Jeremy is currently employed as the Design Director APAC at Yondr Group since December 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Red Engineering, including Regional Director, Technical Director, and Associate. Jeremy was responsible for overseeing mechanical system designs and project management. Before joining Red Engineering, Jeremy worked as an Associate at LCI Consultants, where they specialized in HVAC system design for large-scale projects. Jeremy also worked as a Specialist Project Engineer at Lend Lease, where they were involved in the concept strategy, detailed design, and construction QA of mechanical services. In addition, Jeremy gained experience at AECOM as a Principal Engineer, Senior Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Graduate Engineer. Jeremy began their career as an Acoustic Engineer at Renzo Tonin & Associates. During their earlier years, they served as an Army Infantry 3rd Sergeant in the Singapore Army.

Jeremy Tan has a Master of Business Administration degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at UNSW from 2004 to 2006. Jeremy'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University, which they completed from 1998 to 2002.
