Tim Chong has a long and varied work history. In 2009, they began their career as a Business Operations Analyst at IBM. The following year, they took a position as a Risk & Governance Analyst at ANZ. In 2011, they joined Accenture as a Consultant, and was promoted to Manager - Management Consulting - TMT and Digital. Tim then became the Growth Strategy Manager and Australia Lead - Accenture Development Partnerships. In 2014, they were appointed Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Graduate App. In 2018, they joined ClearScore as a Product Manager - Marketplace and was later promoted to Head of Product - Subscriptions and Services. In 2016, they became a Board Member and strategic advisor for Spur Afrika Australia Limited. Most recently, in 2020, they co-founded and became the CEO of Yonder.
Tim Chong attended London Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they received a Master of Business Administration - MBA. In 2018, they participated in an international exchange program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a focus in Entrepreneurship, Business Model Innovation, Social Impact and Venture Capital. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Information Systems at Monash University from 2008 to 2010.
