Anh Thao Nguyen is an experienced Senior Program Manager at YOLA since October 2013, specializing in market research, curriculum development, and improving customer metrics for teen and adult learners. Previous roles at YOLA include IELTS Program Manager, responsible for overhauling the IELTS program's structure and assessment procedures, and Teacher and Curriculum Specialist, where curriculum materials for various English programs were developed and classes taught.
