Sean Tan has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Sean is currently working at Yojee as the SVP Engineering since October 2022. Before that, they held the positions of A/Head of Technology and VP of Engineering (Platform) at Yojee. Prior to joining Yojee, Sean worked as a Lead Engineer and Senior Backend Engineer at the same company. Sean also has experience as an Entrepreneur, where they rewrote iOS MultiTask Messenger for WhatsApp on iPad and created a Progressive Web App using Vue.js/Typescript. Additionally, Sean served as the CTO for ClassDo, where they improved the tech infrastructure and processes for ClassDo.com and implemented the first iteration of ClassDoTutors.com. Before that, they worked as an Independent iOS Developer and held various roles at Pendulab, Inc, including Global Managed Services Manager, Software Team Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. Their responsibilities at Pendulab, Inc included architecting and implementing gaming web portals and maintaining platform infrastructure. Overall, Sean's work experience showcases their strong technical skills and leadership capabilities in the engineering and technology field.

Sean Tan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
