Shoshanah (Shana) Tischler has over 13 years of experience in a variety of roles. Shoshanah (Shana) began their career in 2007 as a Graduate Fellow at McLarty Associates and a Consultant/Subject Matter Expert at Defense Group Inc. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Senior Strategic Analyst at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where they provided briefings to senior-level officials across the U.S. government interagency on global financial policies and programs. From 2009 to 2015, they were an Environment, Science, Technology and Health Officer and Assistant to Ambassador at the U.S. Department of State, where they were the Team Lead of the Embassy's wildlife anti-poaching and anti-trafficking policies and programs across the interagency. In 2015, they joined the U.S. Department of Defense as a Senior Analyst, where they deployed to western Iraq with the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and several SEAL Teams and worked with United Nations and other services. From 2017 to 2019, they held roles at Vulcan Inc. as a Senior Partnerships Manager and Senior Strategy Manager, Projects and Programs. During this time, they led the Business Development and Partnerships teams' market expansion to Asia and managed cross-functional programs. Shoshanah (Shana) also served as a Senior Project Consultant and Mom for various organizations in 2019. In 2020, they joined the University of Washington as a Senior Strategic Partnerships and Communications Manager, Tech for Good. In 2022, they began working at DocuSign as a Market Development Leader, Financial Services and at Yohana as the Head of Business Development.

Shoshanah (Shana) Tischler completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology (Major) and French (Minor) at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Shoshanah (Shana) then went on to earn their Master of Science in Foreign Policy and International Relations at Georgetown University.
