Nikolay Grachev has had a varied and successful career, beginning in 1999 as a Business Analyst at Venturepark Incubator AG. In 2000, they became a Fellow at McKinsey & Company, and then in 2005, they were promoted to Partner at Roland Berger. In 2014, they were appointed Vice President and Executive Director of the Energy Cluster at the Skolkovo Foundation. In 2017, they became an Investor at both GuestReady and Teraki GmbH. Nikolay also Co-Founded TEAMZoffice in the same year. In 2021, they joined the Office & Mixed-Use Council at the Urban Land Institute, and they are currently Co-Founder and CEO of Yoffix.
Nikolay Grachev received a Master of Political Theory from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2004, where they studied Value pluralism and multiculturalism. Nikolay also earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, (BWL) from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin between 1997 and 2001.
