Justin Curtis-Jones has extensive work experience in various roles. Justin has worked at Yoello since 2019 as the Chief of Staff, where they focus on growing markets, customers, people, and tech capabilities. Prior to Yoello, they worked at Hodge Bank for 17 years, starting as the Head of Internal Audit and later taking on roles as Operations Director, Project Director, and Project Director for Mortgages & Life. During their time at Hodge Bank, they led significant projects, implemented agile principles and practices, and oversaw organizational change. Before Hodge Bank, Justin worked at Deloitte as a Manager, providing grant and investment services to European inward investors. Justin also worked at Ernst & Young as a Business Risk Consultant, leading internal audit and risk management projects.

Justin Curtis-Jones has a strong educational background with a focus on business, finance, and management. Justin began their education journey in 1988 at Newport College, where they obtained a BTeC degree in Business & Finance. Following this, they attended AAT from 1989 to 1993, earning a degree in Accounting (MAAT).

Justin then pursued studies at the Institute of Internal Auditors from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Internal Audit (MIIA). In 1995, they enrolled at ACCA, specializing in Accounting & Financial Management, and successfully achieved the degree of FCCA in 1998.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Justin attended Alliance Manchester Business School from 1998 to 2004, where they completed an MBA in Financial Management, further enhancing their knowledge and skills in the business field.

In addition to their formal education, Justin has also obtained several certifications to expand their professional capabilities. Justin became a Scrum Master certified by Scrum Alliance in December 2016, earned a Prince2 Practitioner certification from APMG in June 2012, and achieved a Leading SAFe certification granted by Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2018. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to staying current and relevant in their line of work.
