Carol McCarthy FCIPD is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as Chief Talent Officer at YNV Group since September 2022, Carol previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at the same organization. Carol's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Tek Experts, OpenLink Financial, Infosys, Experian, and Covance, where skills in fostering employee engagement, driving organizational growth, and implementing effective HR strategies were developed. Carol holds a BSc in Psychology from City, University of London, and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from the University of West London.
