Uladzislau Nerad began their career as an intern at IBA Group in June 2018. They held this position until April 2020 when they transitioned into the role of a Web Developer at the same company. Their tenure as a Web Developer at IBA Group ended in February 2022. From June 2022, Uladzislau Nerad has been working as a Web Developer at YND, where they currently hold the position.

In 2018, Uladzislau Nerad began their education at Gomel'ski Dzjaržauny Universitet imja Franciska Skarany. Uladzislau pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and completed their studies in 2021.
