Tomasz Lempkowski began their work experience as a Quality Assurance Intern at Demant's technology centre in April 2019. Tomasz held this position until December 2019. In 2020, they joined YND as a Software Quality Assurance Tester, where they are currently employed.

Tomasz Lempkowski is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Warsaw University of Technology. Tomasz enrolled in 2020 and is still in the process of completing their education at the university. In addition to their university studies, Tomasz has also obtained certifications in various fields. In March 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in May 2016, they acquired the Cambridge English Level 3 Certificate in ESOL International (Advanced) from Cambridge Assessment English.
