Kristen Lee, MBA, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Finance and Administration Officer at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kristen was the Financial Controller at AmpThink from November 2021 to April 2024 and the Director of Finance and Human Resources at One Stone Inc. from January 2018 to September 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at J.D. Heiskell and Waste Connections, Inc., and as Adjunct Faculty at the College of Southern Idaho. Kristen holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Idaho State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Idaho State University College of Business.
