Kym Siddons serves as the Head of Health Services at YMCA South Australia since May 2022, leading the Allied Health practice in the region. Concurrently, Kym operates Kym Siddons Physio, established in May 2017, where innovative wellbeing programs, 'Be Fit to Sit' and 'Be Fit For Work,' are offered to enhance workplace health. From October 2018 to May 2022, Kym worked as a Consultant in Human Factors and Ergonomics at Humanscale, assisting organizations in developing ergonomic programs to improve worker comfort and reduce injury risks. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Senior Physiotherapist at Saunders Sports and Spinal and Kym Siddons Physio from August 2015 to May 2022. Kym holds a Masters Degree in Sports Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Hons) from The University of Queensland, attained in 2007 and 1996, respectively.
