Joangrace Espiritu, MBA has worked in various marketing and communication roles throughout their career. Joangrace Espiritu, served as the Marketing Director for Community Support Services at the YMCA of San Diego County, where they led impactful projects such as raising awareness for runaway and homeless youth and enhancing Adverse Childhood Experiences screenings in healthcare. Prior to this role, they were the Program Director for Marketing and Social Media at the YMCA Childcare Resource Service, where they drove digital strategies and managed the agency's social media presence. Joangrace Espiritu, also held the position of Administrative Specialist and Program Director of Marketing, where they demonstrated strong coordination and project management skills. Earlier in their career, Joangrace worked as a Marketing Assistant at Disguise.

Joangrace Espiritu, MBA, obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University between 2010 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication at UC San Diego from 1997 to 2001.
