Rella Taylor-Byrne currently serves as Principal at YMCA Queensland, with prior experience as Director of Performance Analytics and Deputy Principal at Sheldon College, where Rella led a school-wide data strategy and managed operational responsibilities. Rella has also held the position of Head of Learning and Enrichment at Cleveland District State High School, focusing on literacy and numeracy development while addressing Indigenous student attendance. At Wynnum State High School, Rella demonstrated strategic curriculum leadership and innovative digital technology integration. Additionally, Rella contributed to the Queensland Department of Education as a Senior Project Officer, leading curriculum development initiatives. Rella holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Management, a Bachelor of Education with Honours, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement and Biology from Queensland University of Technology.
